I Have read in other places which i can change the worldwide defaults to the file by going to File>Choices>Proofing>AutoCorrect Selections and unchecking The 2 checkboxes linked to AutoFit for Title and Text. Even so, Once i return to modifying my file, the autofit result remains to be existing.
